Frequently asked questions.
When I am certified can I start a private consultant business?
Yes!
Where can I practice once certified?
Your certification is through Dr. Llaila Afrika is a Global Course. Upon successful completion of the course, and once certified, you can consult and develop a client base, professionally anywhere on the planet.
Which Organization provides my diploma?
Upon successful completion of this course, Dr. Afrika will award your diploma as proof of graduation. Your diploma is awarded by the Holistic Therapies and Education Center, associated with the International Board of African Traditional Healers and the Ghana Association of Traditional Healers. Once certified as a health professional, your certificate will be recognized throughout the nation and acceptable worldwide.
How long does it take to complete the course?
Students have 6 weeks to finish certification class work, final exam and 4 weeks to do all 15-practice health assessments, for a total of 10 weeks. The 15 health assessments are actual hands on experience. Naturopathic schools teach many of the courses we teach, but their courses are much longer. The national average for a Naturopath is about 4 years and the tuition is about $12,000.00 a year. You can recruit your friends or family for this course.
How is holistic health care different from other forms of health care?
In brief holistic health methodology considers the person as a whole and does not separate them into parts. The approach is to know your client's body and the natural rhythms so that healing can take place using the body's own built-in self-repairing, self-balancing nature. This is a “in a nutshell answer.” Students who enroll in the course get a hands-on understanding of holistic healing.
Why is Holistic Health and Naturopathy so important?
Today, more than ever, the need for grounded, self-aware holistic practitioners, skilled in the wisdom of the ages is very crucial. Modern medical practices are unpredictable at best with very high failure rates. The use of synthetic drugs without consideration for the body, mind, and spirit as a whole has created very unhealthy populations around the world. The need is evident and people are ready for a change. Holistic health care does not deny the need for allopathic medicine. It simply offers a safe, non-intrusive, organic approach to healing the person as opposed to medicating symptoms of a disease.
How much is the full course?
Tuition for this course, including textbooks is unbelievably only $1200.00, (only $1100.00 if paid in full upfront). This is thousands of dollars less than comparable programs. The fee also includes classroom theory, a health assessment lab, final exam and 15 actual practice assessments.
May I pay the tuition in installments?
Yes. You may pay in parts. We know times are tough so we want to make the tuition as easy as possible for all of you. Therefore, we offer the following options:
- You may pay the entire fee of $1200 upfront and get a $100 discount.
