Lectures are booked 30-60 days out; therefore, it is wise to plan well ahead. Lectures are always outstanding, entertaining and very informative.

Dr. Afrika is now available for lectures He is a lecturer and author. He can help you understand and become aware of natural remedies and treatments. He is a nutritional consultant; massage therapist, historian, certified addictionologist, acupuncturist, writer and Doctor of Naturopathy. He has studied in countries such as Africa, Europe, and of course, America.

Dr Afrika’s Fee: $1200 for a one-day lecture plus travel and lodging.

Gwen Crawford “Eat Your Way To Good Health”
Mrs. Crawford is the author of the “Crossover Diet Cookbook.” She lectures on how to prepare healthy foods that taste great.

Mrs. Crawford’s passion and focus has been on health and a healthy lifestyle for the past 25 years. She is no stranger to the medical field. Gwen’s medical history includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in health administration from Western Michigan University. Using the naturopathic and holistic health approach, she wrote her second cookbook, “The Crossover Diet.

The Crossover Diet allows the willing person to begin removing harmful foods from their food choices and substitute wholesome foods in their place. If you use these recipes "You no longer have to go on a diet to lose weight.”
